According to the terms of the contract concluded between the buyer and the dealer for the delivery of the car (item 3.1), the delivery time of the car is determined.

Attention of buyers: When signing a contract, it is very important to carefully study the terms of the contract; form of payment, the time of delivery of the car, the rights and obligations of the parties.

The terms specified in the contract are based on the approved production plan and delivery dates of imported parts from abroad, taking into account the allocated monthly quotas for the sale of cars to a dealer enterprise.

It should also be noted that, in most cases, the delivery of the car is carried out before the deadline specified in the contract.

In case of violation of the delivery time of the car in accordance with the concluded contract, the buyer has the right to apply directly to the Customer Support Center (Call center) of GM Uzbekistan by telephone 141-77-77 or by telephone of the company's trust 147-14-14 to obtain the information of interest.

Due to the fact that GM Uzbekistan and its dealerships are not credit organizations, this issue was excluded from the classifier of appeals.

For information: Organizations providing financial consumer loans are banks or other credit organizations that, for the purpose of deriving profit as the main purpose of their activity on the basis of a special permit (license) of the Central Bank, have the right to conduct banking operations stipulated in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Banks and Banking Activities ".

Lending issues refer to banking institutions, therefore car dealerships (official dealer companies) provide the customer with standard contracts for the supply of cars, which provide the following forms of payment for individuals:

- for cash payment with payment for the cost of new domestic cars to the banks' cash desks;

- by transferring money from deposit accounts or by means of plastic cards of citizens in banks, at the expense of personal income credited in accordance with paragraph 34 of the Instruction on the organization of work on monetary circulation by banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The terms of the warranty are stated in the service booklet.

"To maintain the warranty on the car owner must be periodically serviced in the dealer center of JSC" GM Uzbekistan ":

a) for models Nexia, Spark, Matiz, Damas, Laсetti, Cobalt - the first maintenance at a run up to 2000 km or after 3 months from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. Subsequent every 5000 km of run or every 3 months, whichever comes first (7000km, 12000km, 17000km, etc.).

b) for models Captiva, Malibu, Orlando - the first maintenance with a run of 7500 km or after 6 months, whichever comes first. Thereafter, every 7,500 km of run or every 6 months, whichever comes first (15,000 km, 22500 km, etc.)

If the rules for passing periodic maintenance are violated, the car is withdrawn from the guarantee.

Warranty service is provided by the official dealer companies within the period of the car specified in the service booklet on the basis of the regulations (the parts to be replaced and services) for the provision of warranty service.

Our company guarantees the buyer that the car he bought was manufactured in accordance with strict quality requirements. In this regard, during the warranty period, the authorized dealer center provides full free of charge replacement of parts and services subject to the following conditions:

Warranty service is provided only for cars sold through official dealer companies. Warranty service is provided for cars operated under normal conditions, for 12 months or a car run of 20 thousand km (whichever comes first) from the day the car is accepted by the customer. Warranty service is provided only in authorized dealer companies.

Applications for warranty service are accepted only together with the warranty book of the car. During the warranty service period, the new car owner receives the same maintenance rights. To do this, when selling a car, you need to re-register the service book in the name of the new owner.

When selling cars through official dealer companies, the paid amount is directly transferred to the company's special account, and the process of refunding the paid amount is directly related to the manufacturing company. For this, it is necessary to prepare the following documents: Application for the return of the paid amount under the vehicle supply contract between the client (natural or legal person) and the official dealer enterprise; issued in accordance with the established procedure, the reconciliation of the paid amount. Also, if the customer refunds the amount paid, the customer must pay a fine in accordance with point 5.3 of the signed car purchase agreement. After collecting all documents, a refund is made. If the delivery of the vehicle specified in the contract is delayed, this penalty is not levied.

1. For the conclusion of the Agreement, the Customer may apply to the Dealer by appearance personally or by filing an electronic application through the Portal.

2. In case of appearance, a customer – individual person shall provide to dealer:

• a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan and a copy of the taxpayer identification number (TIN) for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

• passport of a foreign citizen - for foreign citizens;

• certificate for stateless persons - for stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Uzbekistan;

• certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur - for individual entrepreneurs.

3. In case of appearance, a customer – legal entity shall provide to dealer:

• a written request to purchase a car;

• a copy of the passport of the head of the legal entity;

• a copy of the certificate of state registration of the legal

face.

4. The dealer, on the basis of documents submitted by the Customer, is obliged to register an application for the purchase of a car in the Portal.

5. After the registration of the application, the dealer prints out the application formed by the Portal on the basis of the registration data entered into it, indicating the unique identification number of the application and the number of the Client's placing in the queue for the conclusion of the Agreement generated automatically.

1. Car sales to individuals are carried out in the following order:

- by depositing cash funds to the cash departments of banking institutions;

- by transferring funds from deposit (deposit) or loan accounts of individuals at the expense of consumer loans issued by commercial banks for the purchase of a car.

- by means of a plastic card of an individual person, executed solely in the name of the buyer.

2. Car sales to legal entities are carried out:

- by transfer of funds from their deposit accounts on demand in banks in accordance with the procedure established by law;

- by transfer from loan accounts of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at the expense of loans issued by commercial banks for the purchase of cars.

The delivery time of the car from the date of receipt of the established amount of advance payment, or the full cost of the car to the bank account of the Manufacturer:

- 1 (one) business day - for a car that is available from the Dealer (in stock);

- 60 (sixty) working days for a car assembled by the Industrial Assembly method;

- 90 (ninety) working days - for the car produced by the method of the Large-Scale Assembly;

- 120 (one hundred and twenty) working days for a vehicle assembled by the Industrial Assembly method with a modified set of available options at the Customer's option other than the standard option package.

For failure of the established terms of delivery of vehicles, as well as for other violations of conditions, the measures established in the dealership agreements are applied, until their termination.
