New Head Of De "As Qashqadaryo Servis" Appointed
Uzavtosanoat JSC reports that as part of an on-site audit of the activities of the AS Qashqadaryo Servis dealer center for the sale of cars, numerous violations were revealed in the organization of the car dealership and gross errors in working with customers.
In particular, the following violations were discovered:
- failure to ensure systematic work on the sale of cars;
- failure to comply with the established procedure for the reception, registration, processing, accounting and execution of electronic applications, including the refusal to register applications;
- improper and untimely informing clients;
- non-observance of priority when contracting cars in accordance
with previously registered applications;
- Cancellation of applications without the knowledge of the applicant;
- lack of proper conditions for a comfortable stay of customers;
- corruption component in the work of employees, as well as the presence of a number of executed contracts without the participation of the clients themselves.
As a result of the audit, the head of the AS Qashqadaryo Servis subsidiary was dismissed and a new leader was appointed in his place - Hamraev Shukhrat Zakirovich, who, in particular, should eliminate all the errors and bring the dealership to the proper level of quality and service. Earlier, Sh.Khamraev worked in the field of trade in the fuel and energy complex of Kashkadarya region.
! We note that all documents found during the inspection were transferred to law enforcement officers of the Kashkadarya region for further examination.
The company’s management also proposed to implement additional measures to improve the sales and after-sales service of automobiles and to develop the activities of this dealer company.
