In pursuance of the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 26, 2017. No. PP-3010 “On measures to improve the pricing of products manufactured by General Motors Uzbekistan”, we inform the following:
1. To ensure an effective and uninterrupted transition of the sales system to a new principle of operation, from May 29 to May 31 of this year an inventory of contracts, payments made and reconciliation of settlements on them, as well as a restart of the electronic system for registering contracts and updating databases are carried out.
Taking into account the scope of work, as well as in order to prevent cases of incorrect fulfillment of obligations under existing contracts, the conclusion of contracts was temporarily suspended for the period of the inventory.
From June 1, 2017 the conclusion of contracts for the supply of cars and their implementation is resumed.
2. Registration of new contracts for the supply of cars
from June 1, 2017 It will be carried out exclusively in national currency for all models of cars of GM Uzbekistan JSC.
3. The terms of the contracts for the supply of cars concluded before June 1, 2017, including the currency of payment, prices and delivery times, remain unchanged.
At the same time, payment of the remaining amount for cars previously paid in advance, as well as the issue of fully paid cars will be carried out at the prices indicated in the previously concluded agreement.
In order to avoid discrepancies, the car is considered paid if, as of 01.06.2017, the buyer has paid the amount of the established minimum amount of advance payment (85%), or the full amount of the car price specified in the contract.
