GM Uzbekistan JSC reports that, based on the results of an on-site audit of the dealership of Namangan AutoTechhizmat LLC on the sale of cars, numerous violations and gross errors in working with customers were revealed.
In particular, violations were found in the field of ensuring systematic work on the sale of cars, strict observance of the terms of the actions held, inadequate and timely informing of customers, the lack of proper conditions for a comfortable stay of customers, a corruption component in the work of employees, as well as constant malfunctioning of the call center . In addition, the facts of the presence of already sold cars stored in the warehouse of the car dealership, as well as the presence of a number of executed contracts without the participation of the customers themselves were revealed.
As a result of the audit, the chairman of the board of this enterprise was dismissed and a new manager was appointed in his place - Kamalov Zokhid Rustamovich, who, in particular, should eliminate all existing errors and bring the dealership to the proper level of quality and service. Earlier, Zohid Kamalov served as CEO of the Russian holding company ARMADA.
It should be noted that all documents discovered during the audit were transferred to law enforcement officials of the Namangan region for further examination.
