GM Uzbekistan JSC continues to identify unfair dealerships. So, during an on-site inspection of the ToshkentAvtosavdo LLC car dealership, systematic shortcomings and errors were discovered and, as a result, a new chairman of the board, Dilshodbek Bakiev, was appointed.
When studying the documents in the dealer company, facts of illegally drawn up documents on sold cars for August-September 2018, violations in terms of payment for already sold cars, failure to ensure systematic work on the sale of cars, lack of strict observance of the terms of the actions held, inaccurate customer information about the conditions were revealed acquisition of cars and the lack of a call center. A number of violations in the execution of contracts were also identified, such as: the lack of a print of a car dealership, customer signatures, copies of passports and supporting documents for payment. It was revealed that 37 contracts for the supply of cars were concluded without the participation of the buyers themselves. It also checks the probability of falsification of customer signatures on accompanying documents on the sale of cars.
The new chairman of ToshkentAvtosavdo LLC, who previously held the position of director of PE Soft Locus, is entrusted with the task of setting up a car dealership and conscientiously fulfilling new tasks.
