Next Meeting With Dealers Held In Uzavtosanoat
An open meeting with official regional dealers of UzAuto Motors took place on March 14 at Uzavtosanoat.
In an open dialogue format, dealers were able to discuss with the company's representatives the need to transform the sales strategy, improve the quality of warranty and after-sales services, implement spare parts, etc.
Dealerships, as the main points of sales and customer service, are the only point of interaction with the consumer. It is no secret that today not all dealers conscientiously perform their functions and there are cases of poor-quality services, which, undoubtedly, undermines the reputation of the company. There are dealers who evade warranty service, or distort information about the dealer’s obligations to the buyer. That is why providing official dealers with effective and high-quality customer service is one of the priorities of UzAuto Motors.
Today the company implements a global program to improve the quality of customer service, after-sales service and expansion of the dealer network. The main goal is to provide the population with quality service, reduce and further eliminate complaints and negative reviews. A unified customer service standard that meets international requirements will be developed and implemented for dealers. These standards will include not only the implementation of mandatory pre- and after-sales procedures, but also the general culture of staff behavior, design of trading floors, creation of amenities for customers, etc.
Moreover, UzAuto Motors has developed a system of fines for dealers who violate service standards and warranty service obligations. This system provides for fines depending on the type of violation and the complete termination of the dealer agreement in case of repeated (up to four times) violations.
Separately, the need was noted for the development of the UzAuto Motors export dealer network within which the company invites to cooperate in the action of Chevrolet cars in export markets. At the meeting, dealers were voiced the main points in the field of promoting Chevrolet cars abroad, which will give them the opportunity to receive additional margin from the company.
An important direction in the activities of dealers is the development of corporate sales and service in the company. Today UzAuto Motors cooperates with government agencies, companies and organizations of any form of ownership, industry affiliation and scale, and offers special conditions for the sale of cars and after-sales service for the fleet of corporate clients. It was noted that dealers need to provide an individual approach to each corporate client as part of special car purchase programs.
As a result of the event, it was suggested that such joint discussions be held at least once a month, which would enable a coordinated and systematic implementation of the tasks set.
