New Call Center Started Receiving Customer Calls

As part of the reorganization and improvement of the services provided by the call center, conducted by the company’s management, from today the new Call Center at GM Uzbekistan JSC, outsourced, began its work. It is designed to raise the level of service and customer feedback, as well as provide timely and timely response to customer requests.

The drawback of the previous call-center were too long customer retention in standby mode, malfunctions and poor service.
