JSC "UzAuto Motors" will allow to implement a project for the production of Chevrolet Onix cars at the facilities of the Kazakhstan automobile plant "Allur".
These days, representatives of KELES DISTRIBUTION LLP of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited Uzbekistan in order to ensure preparation for the Chevrolet Onix KZ project.
During the training, representatives of the distribution company got acquainted with the activities of dealers in the domestic market, the activities of the company's technical center, the processes of warranty service for consumers.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue cooperation on an ongoing basis, to organize joint trainings on after-sales customer service for cars manufactured by UzAuto Motors and SaryarkaAvtoProm.
Such meetings are regularly held between representatives of the company and dealerships to ensure a high level of customer service. This, in turn, will allow you to exchange experience and skills, as well as improve your qualifications.
In connection with the close cooperation of UzAuto Motors on the “Turkish autosanoat” project, as well as in order to ensure preparation for new projects for the production of Chevrolet Onix cars, a meeting was held with representatives of Kazakhstan KELES DISTRIBUTION LLP. At the meeting, employees of the after-sales service department of UzAuto Motors conducted training sessions on the processes of warranty service and technical support. The training was attended by the heads of maintenance centers, warranty specialists and dealerships of the company.
