In the course of monitoring the activities of the dealer enterprises of GM Uzbekistan JSC, according to the results of 9 months, it was revealed that Fergana Avtomarkaz LLC systematically made mistakes and shortcomings in its work.
The purpose of this monitoring was to receive about a hundred requests from individuals and legal entities from the beginning of the year to GM Uzbekistan JSC regarding the activities of the dealer. The appeals were related to the actions of employees, expressed in a rude attitude towards customers, as well as the manifestation of corruption components on the part of car dealership employees.
Also, in the car dealership, system work was not established that provided comfort to customers and transparency was not ensured in the process of selling cars.
The lack of skills of the car dealership staff prevented the creation of a comfortable environment for customers and communication with them.
Not updating information monitors and information stands, not matching employees and the Call Center to established standards did not allow consumers to receive the necessary information.
As a result of the above work, the head of the Fergana Avtomarkaz dealer center was relieved of his post. The solution to all identified shortcomings is assigned to the new acting Director of the enterprise Erkin Ikramov.
