Gm Uzbekistan Dissolves The Dealer Agreement With Kashkadarya Autotekhkhizmat Llc
Uzavtosanoat JSC reports that due to violations identified during monitoring, GM Uzbekistan terminates the dealership agreement with Kashkadarya Avtotekhkhizmat LLC.
As part of the on-site audit of the car dealership, as well as the car storage warehouse, the following violations were identified that led to the termination of the agreement:
- From January 2018 to the current period, GM Uzbekistan received 420 requests from individuals and legal entities regarding the activities of the dealer enterprise LLC Kashkadarya Autotekhkhizmat. Of these, 117 appeals are related to the action and / or inaction of the employees of the dealer company, expressed in a rude and even humiliating attitude towards customers. Also, 10 appeals express the arguments of the applicants about the manifestation of corruption components on the part of employees of LLC Kashkadarya Autotekhkhizmat.
- when studying documentation on accounting for the sale of cars in a dealer company, unsigned contracts were revealed by the dealer company and customers. Also, with a selective study of contracts and related documentation on already sold cars, there are doubts about the authenticity of customer signatures. These documents will be submitted to the relevant authorities for examination regarding their authenticity.
- when studying 487 existing concluded contracts for still unreported cars, the presence of 47 contracts in which there are no customer signatures was revealed.
- when calculating and removing the residual availability of cars from the dealer company, the facts of excess and storage of cars in the warehouse were revealed.
- when selectively calling customers, facts of their lack of awareness that their cars have already arrived at the car dealership have been revealed. In addition, some of the buyers who purchased Spark cars from September 10 to November 6, 2018, did not confirm receipt of a gift voucher for bicycles as part of the GM Uzbekistan action.
- lack of a call center, as well as responsible employees for receiving calls.
We remind you that in the event of extortion of additional funds under various pretexts in dealerships, we ask you to immediately contact the company's Call Center at: 78-141-77-77 or to the short number of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Uzbekistan 10-07. Be carefull!
