In The Work Of The Dealer Center Of “Fergana Autosavdo” Llc, Shortcomings In The Organization Of System Work Were Identified And A New Guidance Appointed
GM Uzbekistan JSC reports that upon receipt of a message from law enforcement agencies, monitoring of the activities of the dealer center of Fergana Avtosavdo LLC was quickly organized with a field visit.
During monitoring, the following shortcomings were identified:
- excess of authority by some responsible employees of the post in decision-making on the activities of the enterprise itself;
- facts of non-delivery of bicycles to customers within the framework of the ongoing campaign “GM Uzbekistan” in conjunction with JSCB “InfinBank” for the purchase of cars of the “Spark” model with a discount of 1 million soums;
- a warehouse for car storage does not meet the established requirements of the company;
- the information monitor does not function with real-time reflection and daily updating of information on available cars for free sale, as well as for contracting for the allocated volume;
- the reception for receiving visitors to the car dealership does not function according to service standards and does not have a service manager, which would provide a comfortable atmosphere for visiting customers and communicating with them.
Based on the results of the work, the head of the dealer center of Fergana Avtosavdo LLC was relieved of his post and all new deficiencies were assigned to the new acting Director of the enterprise - Akbarov Botirzhon Nabizhonovich.
Recall that earlier in the media there was already information about an unscrupulous employee of the Fargon Avtosavdo auto show, who had appropriated the money of 73 citizens - http://www.uza.uz/oz/society/avtomashina-olaman-degan-73-nafar-fu-aro-chuv-tushdi-12-10-2018 ).
A criminal case has been opened in this case and investigative measures are underway.
