As a result of regular inspections, systematic errors and shortcomings were revealed, as well as the manifestation of corruption components in the activities of the dealer company Khorezm Avtosavdo LLC.
As it became known, a system was not provided at the car dealership that provided comfort to customers and transparency in the process of selling cars.
Safety and sanitary conditions in the car dealership and in the service area did not meet the established standards, the sales department did not have the necessary number of personnel. Deficiencies were revealed during storage and delivery of vehicles to end customers. Due to the lack of organization of pre-sale service in accordance with the necessary standard, some cars did not undergo pre-sale service at all.
The inspection also revealed a shortage of cars in the storage warehouse, the personnel working in the areas of car repair were not familiar with safety regulations.
In addition, cars sold in installments for shares were not properly registered, and notarization of collateral was not ensured, despite the company's demand.
Information monitors and stands, as well as the Call Center car dealership did not meet established standards, which did not allow consumers to receive the necessary information.
As a result of the above, the head of Khorezm Avtosavdo LLC was relieved of his post. The solution to all identified shortcomings is assigned to the new leadership.
