As A Result Of Identified Drawbacks In The Work Of “As-Jizzaxservis” The Head Is Exempted From The Employed Position
During the monitoring of JSC GM Uzbekistan, the activities of the subsidiary AS-Jizzaxservis LLC Uzavtosanoatservis, systematic errors and omissions were identified.
In particular, a lot of appeals from individuals and legal entities related to the activities of the dealer company were revealed, in particular, a rude attitude towards customers, as well as the manifestation of corruption components on the part of car dealership employees.
As it became known, the system that provided comfort to customers and transparency in the process of selling cars was not secured in the car show. The skills of the car dealership staff did not correspond to a certain order. Information monitors and stands, as well as the Call Center car dealership did not meet the established standards, which did not allow consumers to receive the necessary information.
As a result of the above work, the head of the AS-Jizzaxservis DP was relieved of his post. The solution to all identified shortcomings is assigned to the new leadership.
